Who is responsible for your data
Acad Financing Brokerage is responsible for the data you send us through this website, our ad forms, WhatsApp, or the document upload link we send you.
What we collect
- What you enter on the application form: name, mobile, city, employer and sector, salary, monthly obligations, nationality, financing type and your notes.
- The financing calculator's figures, if you used it and then applied.
- Your answers on our ad forms on social platforms.
- Messages and files you send us on WhatsApp.
- Documents you upload through the document upload link.
- Technical data collected by measurement tools on the site (see "Measurement tools and cookies").
Why we use it
- To contact you about your request.
- To study your case and find the financiers that fit it.
- To submit your file to the financier you agree to, and follow up on its answer.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet the regulatory requirements that apply to us.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only as far as the purpose needs:
- The licensed financier you agree to apply to.
- Service providers who run our systems on our behalf, such as hosting and WhatsApp Business.
- Meta, to measure its ads: if your request reached us from a Meta ad, we send Meta your mobile number and email in an unreadable hashed form, with the stage of your request — never your name, salary or any financial data.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it.
Measurement tools and cookies
The site uses measurement tools from Meta and Google to learn which ads bring visitors to us, and they may store cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings; it will not stop you from applying.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while we serve your request, then for as long as the regulations that apply to us require, after which we delete it or separate it from you.
How we protect it
The connection to the site is encrypted, customer data is open only to the staff handling your request through accounts protected by two-step verification, and every change to your file is logged.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may:
- Know how we collect and use your data.
- Ask for a copy of your data.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete it once it is no longer needed, unless a regulation requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time.
